Welcome visitors. At Reeds we design personalized retreats based on your interests. All of our retreats are grounded in the wisdom of the forest, which combines science and spirituality. We always touch on grief because we find it stimulates equanimity, and this, ironically is what leads to true and lasting joy. We use the Enneagram as a counseling tool. Requested topics have included anxiety, depression, intuitive eating, spiritual growth, death and loss, relationships and more.
